Kłobuck district - poviat in Polandin the northeastern part of the Silesian Voivodeship, at the tripoint of the Silesian Voivodeship, Łódź and Opole. The city is the seat of the poviat authorities Kłobuck.

History

After World War II from the northern part Częstochowa poviat The Kłobuck poviat was separated under the regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 12, 1952. The poviat survived in this form until June 1, 1975, when another reform of the state administration liquidated the poviats. Since January 1, 1999, Kłobuck is again a poviat consisting of 7 communes and 2 towns.
