Słupca poviat - poviat in Polandin the eastern part Greater Poland Voivodeship, with headquarters in Słupcy; restored as a result of the administrative reform carried out in 1999.
The area of the poviat is 837.91 km² and is inhabited by 58 788 inhabitants.
The poviat consists of:

- urban-rural communes: Zagórów
- rural communes: Lądek, Orchowo, Ostrowite, Powidz, Słupca, Strzałkowo
- cities: Słupca, Zagórów
The Słupca County is located in the central-eastern part of the Wielkopolska Province; it is characterized by an elongated meridional shape. It is adjacent to 4 poviats of the Greater Poland Voivodeship: from the north-west with Gniezno poviat, on the west side of the district of Września, from the south with Pleszew, from the east with Konin. From the north with Mogilno poviat, belonging to of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
In terms of population, the Słupca County ranks 21st among the counties of Wielkopolska. The urbanization rate for the Słupca poviat is 29.4% (17,337 inhabitants of cities), which means that the vast majority of the poviat's population lives in villages - over 70%. This fact results from the existence of only two small urban centers in Słupca and Zagórów in the poviat of Słupca.

It is located on the edge of the Gniezno Lakeland, with a series of large ribbon lakes and the Września Plain, also in the area of oxbow lakes in the Konin Valley and in the south on the Rychwalska Plain.
Two landscape parks have been created in the poviat: Nadwarciański and Powidzki.
The main communication routes run through the poviat: the Warsaw-Poznań railway line, the A2 Warsaw-Berlin motorway and the national road no. 92 Warsaw-Słubice.
In the eastern part of the poviat, mainly on Lake Powidzkie, there are holiday and sports and recreational centers. Nice accommodation base and hiking and biking trails.
