The Pampa is a province of the region central of Argentina.

- The region Oriental that belongs to the Humid Pampa.
- The region western, whose center is part of the Pampa Seca, and in the extreme west are some low ranges of the Sierras Pampeanas.

- Santa Rosa, the capital, with about 100,000 inhabitants
- General Pico, 50,000 inhabitants
- General Acha, 20,000 inhabitants
- 25 of May 8000 inhabitants, the only important population in the west of the province

- Victorica with approx. 6000 inhabitants. It is the first town founded in the province.

- Lihuel Calel National Park, isolated mountains in the middle of the Pampean plain.
