Rajka, (Ger. Ragendorf) is a community in Hungary.

Rajka is first mentioned in a document in 1297. The church is in that today Mosonmagyaróvár small area. Until 1946, the majority of the town's population was German-speaking. In 1918, Rajka should have been awarded to Austria, but remained with Hungary. From 1946 the German-speaking population was resettled and Hungarians from Slovakia settled here instead. Since the accession of Slovakia and Hungary to the EU, however, Rajka has been a popular place of residence for Slovaks because of its proximity to the Slovakian capital Bratislava and the high prices for land and apartments there; Slovak citizens - but members of the Hungarian-speaking ethnic group - now make up the majority of the population in Rajka.

Rajka is on the M15 toll road (Mosonmagyaróvár-Bratislava), Exit Rajka. On the Slovak side, this merges into the D2 motorway.

The main road 150 (toll-free) leads through the village and turns into the main road I-2 across the border. Another regional road 1409 leads from the center of the village to the Slovakian border near Čunovo. The road connection to Austria (Deutsch Jahrndorf) is theoretically freely passable due to the Schengen regulation, but a driving ban for cars and bicycles (except for agricultural traffic) is signposted in the area of ​​the state border.
