The RheinMain Regional Park was conceived over 10 years ago to keep the remaining open spaces between the settlements in the Rhine-Main agglomeration free from building and to develop it for people to relax in the region.

history

The RheinMain regional park was initiated in 1994 by the then surrounding area of ​​Frankfurt. The open spaces that still exist right down to the core should be secured and upgraded. It includes the cities of Wiesbaden, Bad Homburg, Hanau, Offenbach and Groß-Gerau.
