The Ridanna Valley (Ital. Val Ridanna) is a side valley of the Wipptals and is in the north South Tyrol in the Stubai Alps in Italy.

The Ridnauntal is an approx. 18 km long valley in the southern part of the Stubai Alps. It leads from west to east and joins Sterzing in the Wipptal
The valley is drained by the Mareiter Bach (Ridnaunbach). The stream has a catchment area of 212 km² and therefore poses a great risk potential for the region at the mouth of the river in the event of storms and floods Sterzinger Extensive flood protection measures in the form of widening the stream bed are currently being planned and discussed; the water is already being used in three medium-sized drains to generate electricity.
Geologically the rear valley area consists of gneiss and the front valley area predominantly of mica slate and some layers of marble.
In addition to agriculture, the now abandoned mining was of economic importance for a long time; silver, lead and ore were mined for over 800 years. In modern times, tourism is becoming increasingly important in summer and winter.

- From Sterzing the Ridnauntalstraße (state road) leads to the end of the valley and ends there, in Sterzing there is a connection to the A22 motorway (Brenner motorway from Innsbruck / Austria and Germany);
- The nearest train station is in Sterzing, continue by bus or taxi.
