- 1 Church of San Bartolomeo ("little church of the farm"). The church of San Bartolomeo and the farm adjacent to it are located about one kilometer from Romeno. The farm is still inhabited and equipped with its modern stables. This place is one of the oldest human settlements in the Upper Non Valley and is quite well known thanks to the findings of Roman tombstones. The small church, which once belonged to the farm, is now owned by the Parish Church of Romeno. It has frescoes dating back to the first half of the 13th century and other decorations that make it one of the major historical and pictorial monuments of the Val di Non.
- 2 Church of Santa Maria Assunta (In the central square of the town). The parish church in Romeno. It dates back to the 12th century.
- 3 Church of Sant'Antonio Abate. A cemetery church located at the entrance to the Romeno cemetery in piazzale Aldo Moro. It dates back to the 14th century. The building has a façade with a gable roof culminating with the small bell gable. On the façade there are fifteenth-century frescoes depicting the story of the miracle of the hanged man and the rooster of St. James the Major.
- 4 The Dos. The highest point of Romeno from which you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the Pradei plateau, the Maddalene mountain range and the Brenta massif. There is a well-shaded playground equipped with tables, benches, a gazebo for shelter in case of rain and a drinking water fountain. From here the cycle / pedestrian path starts which in about 5 km arrives at Fund crossing the whole plateau.
Events and parties
- Snowshoeing (Epiphany day). Internationally renowned competition that in 2013 was chosen for the award of the specialty world championship.
What to do
- Val di Non cycle path. Ring-shaped cycle / pedestrian path that runs through the upper Val di Non, developing entirely on paved and paved roads. The route is very scenic and allows you to discover the area passing through fields, meadows and historic centers with precious evidence of rural architecture. The ring connects the villages of Malgolo, Salter, Romeno, Cavareno, Ronzone, Malosco and Fondo and then returns to Romeno through the meadows of the locality “Pradiei” where the Bicigrill "Tandem" is present (refreshment points and information). 20.6 km long, the route has a total altitude difference of about 500 meters. It starts at an altitude of 837 m a.s.l. up to an altitude of 1054 m following the undulating course of the territory with some steeper tears.
