Rome[1] is Italian capital. Rome mixes antiquity and modernity, old-fashioned and modern. Fiumicino

A taxi ride by Roman taxi from Fiumicino to Rome costs € 40.00 (in 2008) including a trip for up to four people with luggage. There are two metro lines in Rome that intersect at Termini Station. The metro network is constantly being developed. A single ticket costs about a euro and is valid for 75 minutes on public transport or one metro ride. The shabby look of subway trains is not to be confused.

By bus

By taxi

Rooma on yhtä turvallinen kuin mikä tahansa muu eurooppalainen suurkaupunki. Älä kanna arvokasta tavaraa taskuissasi ja äläkä näytä turistilta; se on takuuvarma keino herättää taskuvarkaiden huomio.
