Saint-Fabien is a parish located in the region of Bas-Saint-Laurent to Quebec.

Saint-Fabien is an agricultural municipality of approximately 2,000 inhabitants located along the St.Lawrence River in the regional county municipality of Rimouski-Neigette in the east of Quebec. The parish is crossed by road 132 which goes around the Gaspé Peninsula.

Quebec Highway 20.svg and Qc132.svg From Montreal, Quebec Where Wolf River, take highway 20 east until its end near Three pistols, then, continue on route 132 for approximately 40 km to get to Saint-Fabien. From Quebec, it is a journey of approximately h of road.

Quebec Highway 20.svg and Qc132.svg From Rimouski or from Mont-Joli, take route 20 west to its end near the Bic national park, then, continue on route 132 for approximately 15 km to get to Saint-Fabien. From Rimouski, it is a journey of approximately 25 minutes of road.

TCH-blank.svg From the New Brunswick, take the Trans-Canada Highway west to Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac, then, take route 232 eastward to its junction with route 293 which must be taken to join route 132 at Three pistols. Once on Route 132, continue east for approximately 30 km to get to Saint-Fabien. From'Edmundston, it is a journey of approximately h of road. Alternatively, you can follow the Trans-Canada Highway to its junction with Highway 20 at Rivière-du-Loup, then take it east.

The Adolphe-Gagnon barn in Saint-Fabien is the oldest octagonal barn in Quebec and the only one of Bas-Saint-Laurent.
