Sarreguemines is right on the border with Germany. The confluence of the Blies into the Saar is also directly at the state border.

By plane

• Saarbrücken Airport, can be reached by train and bus in 45 minutes.

• Luxembourg Airport can be reached in about 2 1/2 hours.

By train

• Sarreguemines has an SNCF stop; there are direct connections to Saarbrücken, Strasbourg and Bening available, in Bening there is follow-up Metz. There are also individual direct connections to Metz as Bitche available. The fastest connection to Paris leads over Saarbrücken (ICE / TGV).
