The international one is on Zealand Copenhagen Airport.

By train

There is a direct train connection (ICE or EC) from Hamburg three times a day. The train is loaded onto a ferry between Fehmarn and Rødby. From Hamburg you can get to Vordingborg at the southern tip of Zealand in 3:40 hours, in 4 hours to Næstved, in 4½ hours to Roskilde, in 4:50 hours to Copenhagen.

Express trains (Lyntog) of the Danish State Railways drive every hour from Jutland via Funen to Zealand (Esbjerg – Kolding– or (Frederikshavn–) Aalborg – Aarhus – Horsens – Fredericia – Odense – Copenhagen). The drive from Odense to Copenhagen is 1:15 hours, from Aarhus 2:50 hours, from Flensburg (change in Fredericia) 3:15 hours.

Oresund Bridge between Zealand and Sweden

From southern Sweden (Lund, Malmö) regional trains run every 20 minutes across the Øresund to Zealand (Copenhagen, Helsingør), and every hour from Halmstad, Helsingborg, Landskrona, Vaxjö, Hässleholm, Karlskrona, Karlshamn, Kristianstad. The high-speed train X2000 runs every two hours from Stockholm directly to Copenhagen (travel time a good 5 hours, from Linköping 3½ hours).

In the street

There are fixed road connections (bridges) to Zealand from the neighboring islands of Falster, Møn and Fyn as well as southern Sweden. From North and Central Jutland you can take the car ferry (Ebeltoft – Sjællands Odde) to Zealand, as well as from Germany (Puttgarden – Rødby).

By bicycle

The Long-distance cycle route Berlin – Copenhagen (EuroVelo 7) and the Baltic Sea Cycle Route (EuroVelo 10) run through Zealand.
