One of the oldest historic buildings in the Łódź Province is located in Strońsko. It is the Romanesque brick church. of St. Ursula and 11 Thousand Virgins, from the first half of the 13th century - in the oldest part including the chancel and part of the nave. Rebuilt in 1458, 1600 and 1726, the chapel and tower were added in the 20th century. Elements of the Romanesque style are best visible on the outside of the chancel and part of the nave, where the Romanesque texture of the walls and two closed semicircular windows have been preserved. The apse wall has an arcaded brick frieze and a semicircular window on the axis. On the bricks scratched inscriptions from the 16th and 18th centuries and holes in the brick, characteristic round hollows - a trace of the ritual not burning of fire with a fire drill or according to other assumptions, for penance or for obtaining brick powder for healing purposes. In the southern porch, above the entrance door, the most valuable monument of the temple - a stone semicircular tympanum, depicting the legendary basilisk framed by a braided ornament. It is a unique character of the decoration in Poland, pointing to the Scandinavian (or maybe Tyrolean) origin of the tympanum, because it is a motif often found in Romanesque art in Scandinavian countries.

Baroque furnishings of the church from the 17th and 18th centuries. In the side altar, a painting of the Transfiguration of the Lord from the 18th century worshiped by the local population. Two stoups from 1504. Józef Bem. The news about the parish priest from the January Uprising period, Fr. Antoni Ślepowroński (born in 1807), who "participated in the uprising and had incitement sermons".

The church is situated on the high slope of the Warta valley, towers over the area and is an excellent vantage point.
