The airport Gothenburg Landvetter at Gothenburg is 190 km south of Strömstad.

The Oslo Airport Gardermoen is about 180 km north of Strömstad.

That is closer Sandefjord-Torp Airport (also Oslo-Torp) if you take the ferry to go to Sandefjord translated (but that takes 2.5 hours).
