The Lower Lusatian region and municipality Pond land is located northeast of Cottbus. The main attraction is the Teichland adventure park.
background
The community consists of the 3 districts and formerly independent villages Bärenbrück (Barbuk), Neuendorf (Nowa Wjas) and Mouse (Hus). The community and its surroundings are shaped by the open-cast lignite mine and its subsequent landscapes. In the future, the one in the south will be Baltic Sea to be added as a new attraction, where Neuendorf will have a bathing beach.

By train
The municipality of Teichland has a breakpoint. This is every hour by the regional express RE11 serving the connection with cottbus and Guben or. Frankfurt (Oder) manufactures.
In the street
The bus route 22 (Direction Heinersbrück) connects the three villages of the Teichland community with cottbus. Anyone who uses their own car drives on the federal highway B168 direction Peitz or. Guben and turns off in Willmersdorf.

- Observation tower. The newly opened 50m high observation tower on the Bärenbrücker Höhe in the Teichland Adventure Park is the region's newest attraction. It offers a wide view of the surrounding landscape.Price: € 2.00.

Teichland adventure park
The new Teichland adventure park was opened on May 25, 2008. On May 1st 2010 some new attractions were added.Opening hours:
- May 1st to October 31st: Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., Saturday / Sunday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. (open longer if required!)
- November 1st to April 30th: Monday - Sunday: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. (open longer if required!)
Attractions:
- Summer toboggan run: The main attraction of the adventure park is a 900m long summer toboggan run. The ride for an adult costs € 2.20 (6 rides: € 12.00; 12 rides: € 21.60). Children up to the age of 14 pay € 1.80 (6 trips: € 9.00)
- Slavic grove of gods with eight gods: 8 larger-than-life wooden figures tell of Slavic mythology and the world of gods
- Maze: This maze has 2000m² and winding paths of 720 meters in length.
- Forest pond:
- Park "Naturerleben" with designed hiking trails: Playground with a wooden mammoth, an insect hotel, woolly rhinoceros and a wicker basket hut.
- Geological clock: - This clock shows the different geological ages using 25 different stones.
Mobithek: The mobile counter is especially fun for whole groups. It is a cycling counter (everyone has to step) including a beer pump and music system. The price is 11 euros per person per day (but a total of at least 200 euros) or 55 euros per hour (booking: 0151-58859147).
Pension amusement park:. There are 2 rooms with a total of 8 beds and a large breakfast room with a fully equipped kitchen (€ 20-25 per person)

- Peitz - The historic fortress town is known for its carp farming. A beautiful path between the ponds can be reached from the Mousmühle.
