Ton is a city of Trentino Alto Adige.

The municipal seat is located in Vigo by Ton, formerly an autonomous municipality until 1928 with the name of Vigo d'Anaunia, in the Val di Non. The municipality of Ton is divided into the following hamlets: Vigo by Ton, Cough, Farms of Vigo, Raut, Bastianelli, Castelletto, Nosino, Ceramica, Moncovo and Sabino.

Monumental building of medieval origin, among the best preserved of Trentino and which has always been used as the main seat of the powerful Thun family. The manor rises on top of the hill above the town of Vigo di Ton. The castle, consisting of towers, walls, bastions and moat, owes its current appearance to the changes undertaken in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The Spanish Gate dates back to 1566 and leads to the drawbridge and the first courtyard, built in Moorish style, it is said, after Giorgio Thun's trip to Spain. The most famous room is the seventeenth-century Bishop's room, entirely covered made of pine wood, with coffered ceiling and tiled stove.
