The Meuse valley is an international route ofWestern Europe which can be traveled in different ways, including by car, bicycle and, for the most part, by pleasure boat, even by riverboat.
Understand
The Meuse is often considered the oldest river on Earth. The fact that it forced its passage through regions formed in the Devonian, that is to say about 400 million years ago, such as theArdennes (which resembled, at the time, the current Alps massif) and the Condroz is no stranger to this consideration.

However, at Maastricht, a good part of the population understands and knows how to express themselves in more or less correct French.
