To know
The village, located in the Apennines on the Piacenza hills, is known for its Archaeological excavations which, in 1747, brought to light important ancient finds Veleia from Roman times.

- A1 motorway: exit a Fiorenzuola d'Arda, follow the direction for Fiorenzuola; near Fiorenzuola continue on the SS 9, take the provincial road for Castell'Arquato and continue until Lugagnano Val D'Arda (SP 4), then the signs for Velleia.
- From Piacenza: take the SP 6.
