Virton is a municipality and a city of Wallonia in Belgium located in the Luxembourg province. It is the capital of Gaume. The town, which has about 12,000 inhabitants, includes, in addition to the city center of Virton, the villages of Belmont, Bleid, Chenois, Èthe, Gomery, Grandcourt, Latour, Ruette, Saint-Mard and Saint-Remy.
