Andros (Greek Άνδρος) is the northernmost island of the Cyclades and after Naxos the second biggest. There is hardly any mass tourism on the island, but it is a popular destination for Greeks from the greater Athens area looking for relaxation.

Regions

Andros has an area of ​​380 km², the island is around 40 km long and 16 km wide. It is located about 11 km south of Euboea and extends in a south-easterly direction, 1.5 km from its southern tip is the island Tinos.
