Other goals
- The shores of the island Tabarca once offered refuge for pirates. In the 18th century the island was fortified and a village was built on it. Today the historical building ensemble has been declared a national cultural asset and the sea around the island has been declared a marine reserve. The crossing to the island takes place in the port of Alicante in front of the Explanada de España promenade
