Greina Pass is an alpine pass between the Surselva in the canton Grisons and the canton Ticino.

The Greina Pass with a culminating height of 2,355 m above sea level. was together with the Lukmanier Pass already used by the Romans from north-south connection across the Alps.
From Vrin in the Val Lumnezia one arrives over Puzzatsch and the Pass Diesrut into the Greina plateau.
From Rabius and then through that Val Sumvitg the rise over the Crest la Greina you also climb the 6 km long Greina plateau.
The descent to the south is either via the own Passo della Greina (rum .: Pass Crap) ins Val Camadra and after Campo and Olivone, alternatively you can use the Crap la crusch to the Lake Luzzone From the dam there is a road connection down into the Blenio valley.
The Greina plateau is a protected area in 1996 Federal Inventory of Landscapes of National Importance This was recorded after nationwide protests took place in 1948/9 and again in 1985/6 against a project of a large reservoir encompassing the Greina.

From the north
- to Rabius: above Chur on the main street 19 (Direction Disentis) resp. with the Rhaetian Railway until the station Rabius-Surrein. From there, a minibus drives in the summer months (in some cases telephone reservation required) BusAlpin to the terminus at the Somvixer Rhine dam Runcahez.
- to Vrin: of Chur out on the main street 19 or with the Rhaetian Railway to Ilanz, from there on the street or by post bus to Vrin in the Val Lumnezia. A minibus / on-call bus also drives from here in the summer months BusAlpin to Puzzatsch.
from the south
- on the Lukmanier of Disentis from or from the south of Bellinzona off with the Autolinee Bleniesi to Olivone. From there, there is also a connection through the in the summer months BusAlpin to Pian Geirett or Diga di Luzzone.

All of the huts mentioned are usually open during the season (end of June to September / October), a reservation with the hut warden (contact addresses on the website) is recommended, dogs are sometimes not allowed. In winter only an occasional opening (over Easter) is possible, all SAC huts have a winter room that is accessible in winter in emergency situations. The connection is usually made via landline radio telephones, the cell phone reception is usually not given in the high alpine mountains!
