Itterswiller is a village Alsatian in France. The village, which stretches along the side of a sun-drenched hillside, on the Emmebuckel (Mount of bees), is a prestigious gastronomic stopover, which offers superb panoramas.

Understand

In Roman times, Itterswiller was called Itineris Villa and the vines were already cultivated there. Its exceptional wines, including "Fruehmess", elegantly fruity, still confirm this reputation today.

This wine village has been able to enhance its exceptional location, on the Wine Route in central Alsace, by welcoming tourists through the creation of services (accommodation, catering and shops) and through the catering and decoration of private buildings and public spaces.

Itterswiller can also be proud of having obtained the highest distinction in the national flower competition, namely 4 flowers.
