Climbs

Every Wednesday during the season there is a guided ascent (only 175m, but demanding) from the summit station "Top of Salzburg", info under the phone number: 43 (0) 6547 8621.

From the glacier, as described above, you can also walk through the Hannastollen to the upper mountain station.

The further path leads from the observation platform of the mountain station over steeper and exposed rocky terrain to the short west ridge, at the end of which the summit is located. This tour requires alpine knowledge, a head for heights and surefootedness, especially from the upper mountain station. The ascent to the summit is secured with steel ropes and does not exceed the via ferrata difficulty of A / B.
