Leutkirch is a city in Württemberg Allgäu.
background
Leutkirch was created through the merging of two villages around the one mentioned in a document in 848 People church. The place received city rights in the 13th century. In 1806 the former Free Imperial City came to Württemberg. In the course of the community reform, eight surrounding communities were incorporated into districts. Leutkirch has been a major district town since 1974.

- Center Parcs Europe N.V. built a holiday park on the site of the former Muna in the Urlau district. Until the end of 2018[outdated] 750 holiday homes and a large, covered bathing and wellness area are expected to be built. The concept for the Holiday park Leutkrich was adapted and 1000 new holiday homes with a construction cost of approx. 350 million were built. The opening was in October 2018. Work on the SPA center and the rest of the exclusive houses will continue until March 2019[outdated] at.
