Muellheim (Baden) is a city in Markgräflerland.

In 758, Müllheim was first mentioned in a document as villa Mulinhaimo, this name refers to the mills that were abundant at that time. A first weekly market is mentioned for the year 1698. Müllheim received its town charter in 1810. Due to its location between the Rhine plain and the foothills of the Black Forest, Müllheim developed into a wine-growing place, and in 1872 the first wine market took place here. In the years 1971-1974 the places were Britzingen, Feldberg, Hügelheim, Niederweiler, Vögisheim and Zunzingen incorporated, since 2003 the city has been able to call itself a “state-approved resort”.

Neighboring cities and towns are Neuchâtel, Buggingen, Sulzburg, Badenweiler, Eyes and Schliengen.
