- Who comes from Alghero, Porto Torres, Sassari, Oristano is Cagliari you must take the Strada Statale 131 Carlo Felice until the "Macomer-Borore" exit, take the Provincial Road 33 until the exit for Noragugume and then arrive at your destination.
- From Golfo Aranci, Olbia is Nuoro take the Strada Statale 131 d.c.n. until the exit for Ottana, from here take the Provincial Road 17 for Bolotana until the exit for Borore, then take the Provincial Road 33 and follow it until the exit for Noragugume, to arrive at your destination.
- From Tortolì take the State Road 198 of Seui and Lanusei, then, after 2 km, follow the signs for Nuoro and turn right onto the provincial road 27, arrived at Villagrande Strisaili, turn left always following the signs for Nuoro, then take the state road 389 Var Nuoro-Lanusei and follow it up to Nuoro. Once here, do not enter the city but take the State Road 131 d.c.n. towards Cagliari and follow it until the exit for Ottana, from here take the Provincial Road 17 for Bolotana until the exit for Borore, then take the Provincial Road 33 and follow it until the exit for Noragugume, and then arrive at your destination.
- From Lanusei take State Road 198 of Seui and Lanusei, then follow the signs for Nuoro and turn right onto State Road 389 of Buddusò and Correboi which after about 10 becomes State Road 389 var Nuoro-Lanusei, follow the latter up to Nuoro. Once here, do not enter the city but take the State Road 131 d.c.n. towards Cagliari and follow it until the exit for Ottana, from here take the Provincial Road 17 for Bolotana until the exit for Borore, then take the Provincial Road 33 and follow it until the exit for Noragugume, and then arrive at your destination.
From the ports of Porto Torres is Cagliari or from the ports of Golfo Aranci, Olbia-Isola Bianca e Tortolì-Arbatax.
By bus
The ARST lines 435 Abbasanta-Nuoro / Nuoro-Abbasanta is 544 Sassari-Borore / Borore-Sassari allow you to reach Noragugume.
