The Province of Walloon Brabant is a province of Belgium located south of Brussels in Wallonia and whose capital is Wavre.

Brabant Ardennes (Chaumont-Gistoux, Grez-Doiceau, Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Rixensart, Wavre)
This essentially residential region south of Brussels and also the most hilly and wooded in the province.
Brabant Hesbaye (Beauvechain, Helecine, Incourt, Jodoigne, Orp-Jauche, Perwez, Ramillies)

In the west of the province, the collegiate church of Nivelles is one of the masterpieces of Roman art in Belgium. As the region is still quite rural, it offers the possibility of walks punctuated by historical remains.
Waterloo (Braine-l'Alleud, Genappe, La Hulpe, Lasne, Waterloo)
Region where the Napoleonic epic ended where many monuments remain, the most famous of which, the Lion of Waterloo.

The site is classified as an exceptional heritage of the Walloon Region.

Ottignies is the main railway junction at the crossing of the line Brussels-Namur-Luxembourg serving from Brussels: La Hulpe, Rixensart, Ottignies, Mont-Saint-Guibert and Chastre and the line Leuven-Charleroi serving in order starting from Leuven the municipalities of Grez-Doiceau, Wavre, Ottignies, Court-Saint-Etienne, Villers-la-Ville. Nivelles, Waterloo and Braine-l'Alleud are located on the axis Antwerp-Brussels-Charleroi. To the west, Tubize is on the line Brussels-Mons.
