Rogue blades is a small town on the Middle Swabian Alb, it lies in the Alb-Danube region.

The town of Schelklingen includes the districts of Gundershofen, Hausen ob Urspring, Hütten, Ingstetten, Justingen, Schmiechen and Sondernach as well as a number of hamlets and residential areas.

Schelklingen became known nationwide in 2008 when a small ivory figure was found. It was ancient, broken into several pieces and represents a woman who does not correspond to our modern ideals of beauty at all. These Venus vom Hohlefels was made by an unknown artist over 35,000 years ago and found here in Schelklingen. She currently has her permanent residence in URMU in Blaubeuren.
