Ehingen (Danube) is a city in the Alb-Danube region.

Ehingen (Danube) has been a major district town in the Alb-Danube district since 1974. It consists of the core city and a total of 17 districts, most of which were incorporated into the district reform around 1970. Some of these districts also consist of several hamlets and residential areas, one of which bears the unusual name “Deppenhausen”.
The city center of Ehingen lies north of the Danube in a loop of the Schmiech river, about a third of the city area is on the Alb plateau, some smaller districts are located south of the Danube.
