Lachoudish
Scholem alechem and horech habo, kan in the kal medine - Hello and welcome to the community of Schopfloch
The specialty of Schopfloch is Lachoudisch. The old language is a mixture of Hebrew and Rotwelsch with their own word creations. The language arose through the trading activities of the Jews: the traders used the language, which was incomprehensible to outsiders, in order to be able to converse without foreign ears listening. Lachoudish can still be heard among the older people today.
