All Interregios on the line stop in Sierre Geneva - Brig-Glis. Coming from the north it is best to drive over Bern, Tuna and through the Lötschberg base tunnel to then in Visp to change to the Interregio.
By bus
Sierre is an important hub for post buses. However, these make more sense for onward travel and less for arrival.
