- From Nuoro take the State Road 389 Var Nuoro-Lanusei, then after 51 km, turn left and take the Provincial Road 27. Villagrande Strisaili, turn right towards Tortolì, then after about twenty km, turn left and take the Strada Statale 198 of Seui and Lanusei towards Tortolì. Arrived here do not enter the city but turn left and take the SS 125 Orientale Sarda towards Olbia, overcome Lotzorai, then, turn right to get to Tancau sul Mare.
- From Alghero, follow the signs for Sassari and take the Provincial Road 42 of the two seas, then arrived at a roundabout, always follow the signs for Sassari and take the SS 291 della Nurra. Arrived near Sassari, follow the signs for Cagliari and take the state road 131 Carlo Felice and follow it until the exit Nuoro - Macomer, and then take the state road 129 Trasversale Sarda Macomer - Nuoro. Follow the latter up to the crossroads for the state road 131 D.C.N., where there are signs indicating Nuoro Highway - Olbia is Nuoro Badu is Carros. Take the exit Nuoro Highway - Olbia and take the state road 131 D.C.N. up to the main entrance of Nuoro. Once here, do not enter the city but follow the signs for Tortolì and take the State Road 389 Var Nuoro-Lanusei, then after 51 km, turn left and take the Provincial Road 27. Take the exit Nuoro Highway - Olbia and take the state road 131 D.C.N. up to the main entrance of Nuoro. The beach of Tancau
- 1 Su Tancau-Sa Murta granite complex (Located along the Provincial Road 63 for Tancau e Santa Maria Navarrese.). Some granite reliefs are arranged in an amphitheater around the plain sown with cereals or used for grazing. In the plain stands the rocky emergence called Sa Murta, which owes its name to the myrtle bush. The movements of the complex are two Domus de Janas, one high up on the rocky slope of Su Tancau, the other at the base of the rocks of Sa Murta.
