Tarquinia is a center of the Viterbo.

It looks like the miniature version of Saint Gimignano with its medieval towers, but the main reason to visit Tarquinia is that it has fascinating Etruscan tombs with wall paintings (World Heritage), as well as a museum on the Etruscans.
