There Onsernone Valley (Val Unsernon in the local dialect) is located for the most part in Canton Ticino in Switzerland. The upper part of the valley, now uninhabited, is located in Piedmont in Italian territory.
To know
The eight main towns of the Onsernone Valley are all part of the Swiss municipality of Onsernone. From the lower valley, going up, we meet the hamlets of: Auressio, Loco, Berzona, Mosogno, Russo, Crana, Comologno and Spruga, while immediately after, passing the Italian border, on the municipal territory of Craveggia the locality of Bagni di Craveggia, known for its thermal spring.

How to get
By car
