  • The part of the municipality of Libourne entitled to the Pomerol appellation is limited to the north by the Barbanne river, to the east by the limit of the municipality of Pomerol, to the south by the Tailhas stream, to the west by the departmental road 910, the boulevard Beauséjour, the avenue Georges Clemenceau, the rue du Docteur-Nard, the avenue de l'Europe and the railway line from Libourne to Bergerac.

  • The territory of the AOC Lalande-de-Pomerol is located about fifty kilometers east of the agglomeration of Bordeaux, near the north of the city of Libourne. The wine-growing area is arranged in successive terraces and covers two municipalities, Lalande-de-Pomerol and Néac.
