Wilnsdorf is a municipality in the southSiegerland in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Wilnsdorf is named in 1185 Willelmesdorf first mentioned in a document. But it will too Wielandisdorf mentioned as the legendary blacksmith Wieland is said to have lived in the area. For centuries, mining was the main source of income for the population. Iron smelting works were operated by Eisern und Wilden. In 1957 the last mines were closed.
Wilnsdorf consists of the districts Anzhausen, Flammersbach, Gernsdorf, Niederdielfen, Oberdielfen, Obersdorf, Rinsdorf, Rudersdorf, Wilden, Wilgersdorf and Wilnsdorf.
