Abu Soma, Arabic:أبو سوما‎, Abū Sōmā / Saumā, is a man-made resort south of Soma Bay and south of Abū Sōmā Bay on the coast of Red sea in Egypt about 8 kilometers north of Safāgā or 55 kilometers south of Hurghada. The place belongs to Red Sea Riviera. The settlement consists mainly of hotels and is ideal for swimming, diving and kite surfing. In contrast to other resorts on the Red Sea Riviera, there is a wide range of diving and surfing centers here.

The hotels south of Soma Bay and in the Safaga Touristic Village are now marketed under Abū Sōmā. Originally the hotels were under Safāgā expelled. The resort now has its own independence.
