THE Australia has three time zones. sydney on the east coast, it's 10 hours ahead of Greenwich and 13 hours of Brasilia. As it is located in the Southern Hemisphere, Australia usually observes daylight saving time similar to the Brazilian one, which results in a considerable stability of the time difference, it is important to note that the start and end dates of daylight saving time are different in the two countries .
