According to a transnational health resort analysis carried out by the European Tourism Institute Trier (ETI) in 2008, Bad Driburg is the NR. 1 of the spas in North Rhine-Westphalia. The location in the Teutoburg Forest / Eggegebirge nature park, the natural remedies and modern medicine of the seven clinics and the therapy center are the basis of the 230-year history as a health resort, which is inextricably linked to the history of the Counts of Oeynhausen-Sierstorpff.
