Warmia(Polish: Warmia) is a region in the north Poland, in the voivodeship Warmia-Masuria. It is west of Masuria.

The region was first populated by the Baltic states. In the 13th century, the Teutonic Order erred the area and the Diocese of Warmia was established, which came to Poland in 1454. When the Reformation was introduced in Masuria in 1525, Warmia remained Catholic. In the course of the first division of Poland, Warmia came to Prussia in 1772 and became part of the East Prussian province, which later became part of the German Empire and the Weimar Republic. In 1945 Warmia became Polish.
