Wet

Wet is a Middle Franconian Market in Greater Nuremberg. The place is in the Lorenzer Reichswald about 15 kilometers southeast of Nuremberg and because of its location in the middle of the Reichswald it is also called the market in the country. The place is known for the formerly operated Zeidelwesen (beekeeping).

Feucht was probably founded in the 8th to 10th century at the latest. Feucht was first mentioned in 1189. Today, Feucht consists of the districts Feucht, Gauchsmühle, Hahnhof, Moosbach and Weiherhaus.

Feucht has one 1 Feucht S-Bahn station and an additional S-Bahn stop. The station is regularly served by the S-Bahn line 2 (Roth-Altdorf) and the S-Bahn line 3 (Nuremberg-Neumarkt). The 2 Feucht-Ost stop is only served by S-Bahn line 3.
