  • With the popular Filzmoos hiking bus wonderful round trips result. The hiking bus is in operation from May 29th to October 26th, 2020. Two hiking buses operate in the main season. Tickets are available directly on the bus.
  • The mobile alpine hut "Almi hiking shuttle" brings guests from Filzmoos to the Kirchgasshütte / Aualm and back to Filzmoos.
  • Marmot Express to the Bachlalm: Operating times summer 2020: 8.30 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. (last descent) and 1.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. (last descent) The shuttle operates daily!

Many locals got their own intuition confirmed by the geomantic measurement of 17 power places. Says like that of the "Black Lacquer", and traditions from old times, like that of the fountain of youth on the Bischofsmütze, show that they are not just the result of a blooming imagination.

  • Filzmoos bike village: The new MTB & E-MTB tour network in Filzmoos offers a total of 130 varied bike kilometers from summer 2020
  • Cycling with e-bikes: The area around the mountain village of Filzmoos - between Dachstein and Bischofsmütze - is ideal ideal for the e-bike. With the electric motor of the e-bike, many meters in altitude are easier to conquer. For thirsty and hungry cyclists there are numerous refreshment stops along the bike routes. Also are sufficient Charging stations for the electric motor available.
  • Climbing in Filzmoos with over 300 climbing routes in Salzburg's No. 1 climbing region: the easily accessible, attractive one Climbing garden not far from the Hofpürglhütte offers 300 different climbing routes in the Levels of difficulty l-X with different pitches and exposures.

The manageable family ski area is characterized by a lot of space on the slopes and therefore a lot of safety for children and beginners. You don't have to wait at the lifts.
  • Cross-country skiing & skating in Filzmoos: Around 45 kilometers of perfectly groomed cross-country and skating trails - for beginners as well as for cross-country professionals - are available in Filzmoos. The Papageno high-altitude trail with guaranteed snow on the Roßbrand at an altitude of 1,600 m is one of the highlights with a fantastic panoramic view.
  • Winter hiking in Filzmoos: 50 km of cleared winter hiking trails lead through snow-covered forests and to impressive views - in the valley, to the alpine pastures or up on the Roßbrand. Your physical well-being is taken care of in the snack stations along the paths!
