Mühlacker is a city in Baden-Wuerttemberg.

Mühlacker lies on the Enz between the Stromberg in the north and the Heckengäu in the south. For centuries, Mühlacker was a small hamlet next to the municipality of Dürrmenz, until around 1850 Württemberg Western Railway built a train station here. Finally, the municipality of Dürrmenz-Mühlacker received city rights in 1930 under the name Mühlacker. Since the municipal reform in 1971-1975, the districts of Enzberg, Großglattbach, Lienzingen, Lomersheim and Mühlhausen (Enz) belong to Mühlacker.
