Built 1720-1760 in the late baroque style, staircase decorated in rococo under Balthasar Neumann. The castle, which was rebuilt after being severely damaged during the war, is owned by the state of Baden-Württemberg and contains, in addition to the restored rooms, a Museum of Music Automatons, Branch of the Badisches Landesmuseum Karlsruhe.
