Neapolitan pizza has greater consistency than pizzas from other regions, with a dough closer to bread than what we may be used to; In addition, the usual thing in the most traditional places is to find only two variants of this, the most traditional: the famous margarita pizza and the marinara, without mozzarella but with garlic and anchovies. The typical desserts of Naples are the slime and the sfogliatella, stuffed with cottage cheese (ricotta) and other ingredients.
