- From Golfo Aranci, Olbia is Nuoro take the State Road 131 D.C.N. until the exit for Lula, then, take the Provincial Road 38 and immediately after the Provincial Road 25 for Loculi is Irgoli and follow it up to Onifai.
- From Alghero, follow the signs for Sassari and take the Provincial Road 42 of the two seas, then arrived at a roundabout, always follow the signs for Sassari and take the SS 291 della Nurra. Arrived near Sassari, follow the signs for Cagliari and take the Strada Statale 131 Carlo Felice and follow it until the exit Nuoro - Macomer, and then take the State Road 129 Trasversale Sarda Macomer - Nuoro. - From Cagliari is Oristano take the Strada Statale 131 Carlo Felice to the Nuoro exit - Olbia, where the State Road 131 D.C.N starts, take the latter until the exit for Lula, then, take the Provincial Road 38 and immediately after the Provincial Road 25 for Loculi and Irgoli and follow it up to Onifai.
- From Tortolì take the SS 125 Orientale Sarda road. Passed Dorgali, after 1 km, turn left onto Provincial Road 38 and follow it until the exit for Loculi, here turn right onto Provincial Road 25 and follow it up to Onifai.
- From Lanusei take the SS 198 of Seui and Lanusei up to Tortolì, then take the SS 125 Orientale Sarda. After Dorgali, after 1 km, turn left onto Provincial Road 38 and follow it until the exit for Loculi, here turn right onto Provincial Road 25 and follow it up to Onifai.
From the ports of Olbia- White Island, Golfo Aranci is Tortolì-Arbatax or from the ports of Porto Torres is Cagliari.
By bus
The ARST lines 529 Galtellì-Nuoro is 521 Dorgali-Siniscola, make a stop at Onifai.
