The historic center of Pagazzano is of great importance in the urban landscape of the town, having maintained the structure that the village possessed in the Middle Ages, even if the building evolution over time has extended the municipality to the north.

The current structure dates back to the beginning of the fourteenth century, when it was built in place of a previous defensive construction that should have risen near the church dedicated to Saints Nazario and Celso. It was in fact customary for the early medieval fortifications of the Bergamo plain to be built alongside sacred buildings, at the time at the center of popular life. And, like most of the castles of that period, it was abandoned and repositioned not far between the end of the 13th and the beginning of the 14th century in the first free building area on the edge of the town. - 2 Church of SS. - Soncino - Fortified village with walls and a fortress in excellent condition, it was for a long time an outpost of the Cremonese against the Brescians.
- Orzinuovi - Center on the Oglio, it was opposed as a stronghold to Soncino on the opposite shore. It has remains of fortifications, the castle, and a beautiful square with a Venetian flavor, a legacy of the domination of the Republic of Venice.
- Cream - Its Cathedral and the church of Santa Maria della Croce are the main reasons of interest; the city was for four hundred years in possession of the Serenissima, a period of which it retains many architectural influences and part of the Venetian walls.
