At the table

  • Naruto Kintoki - Some of the best sweet potatoes in the world. They are unique thanks to the special sandy soil in which they are grown. Unlike regular sweet potato fields, Naruto's sandy soil forms a thin crust on the surface that allows the potatoes to grow undisturbed and develop their superb flavor and texture. Naruto Kintoki can be prepared in many ways and is also used to prepare it Shochu (Japanese liqueur). For those who eat it for the first time, try it straight to perceive its qualities without distractions. One way to do this is to wrap the potato tightly in foil and let it cook in the oven until it softens. The aroma alone is worth trying and the taste will make you melt.
