Urban centers
- Cadiz (Cádiz) - Provincial capital, Cadiz is famous for its carnival celebrations.
- Algeciras - An industrial and passenger port connected by a frequent ferry service to Tangier is Ceuta.
- Arcos de la Frontera - Town with an important artistic heritage located on the foothills of the Sierra de Grazalema and famous for its viewpoints such as Peña de Arcos.
- El Puerto de Santa María - Port 10 km north of Cadiz from where Christopher Columbus set sail for his second voyage to the Americas.
- Jerez de la Frontera - City with a remarkable artistic heritage famous for its vineyards from which the homonymous fortified wine is obtained.
- The Línea de la Concepción - the town on the border line with Gibraltar, overseas territory of the UK.

- Barbate - A fishing port surrounded by beautiful beaches.
- Chipiona - a town surrounded by vast golden beaches such as the Playa de Montijo-Niño de oro 3.6 km long and the Playa de las Tres piedras-La Ballena 2.5 km
- Sanlúcar de Barrameda - Historic port on the West Indies route and today a popular seaside resort on the mouth of the Guadalquivir whose lower course marks, for a stretch, the border with the province of Huelva. Christopher Columbus left Sanlúcar in 1498 for his third voyage to the Americas and in 1519 Magellan for the first voyage of circumnavigation of the Earth completed by his second Juan Sebastián Elcano.
- Tarifa - A center appreciated by surfers for the strong winds that blow there. In its territory is the Punta de Tarifa, the extreme southern point of the Iberian Peninsula facing the coasts of Morocco.
- Vejer de la Frontera - Picturesque village of white houses on the rocky top of a hill a short distance from the coast.

- Baelo Claudia - Ruins of an ancient Roman city abandoned in the 6th century AD near the beach of Bolonia.
- Parque nacional y natural de Doñana - Park with marshy landscapes at the mouth of the Guadalquivir. It is a refuge for deer, fallow deer, wild boar and numerous ornithological species, many at risk of extinction.
- Parque natural de Los Alcornocales - Natural park on the border with province of Malaga extended on the Betic mountain range, close to the coast.
- Parque natural de la Sierra de Grazalema - Protected nature reserve on a portion of the Betica cordillera. It is an ideal destination for those who love walking and climbing.
