The Rhineland-Palatinate is one of Länder ofGermany.

The state of Rhineland-Palatinate is located in the west of Germany with North Rhine-Westphalia to the north, Hesse to the east, Baden-Württemberg to the south-east, the Saar, France , Luxembourg and Belgium in the southwest. The state capital is Mainz.
The land has many varied landscapes, such as chains of medium mountains and large river valleys such as the Rhine and the Moselle. In addition, there is a high density of cultural monuments, some of which are among the most important in Germany, if not in Europe.
